Perhaps the best part about food photography is eating the subject after the shoot! I got the recipe for this asparagus and prosciutto appetizer from the Love of Cooking web site. It was quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious. I changed it up a little bit by wrapping two spears in a single piece of meat because I thought it would make the picture more interesting, but otherwise I just followed the recipe. And though you are supposed to eat these right out of the oven, they were really good even after they got cold while being photographed in our Vermont photo studio. Make this for a party and people will think you are an awesome cook!
